i’ve just joined a huge financial institution and my job is to sell credit cards to salaried and self-employed customers…any hints as to how get the maximum amount of business running, taking into consideration my target of 45 approved credit cards per month?
The first step to being a successful salesperson is to believe in your product. If you do not believe in your product, even if you make sales, you will feel that you are ripping people off rather than providing them a valuable service. You also need to be optimistic, outgoing and handle rejection well. These are natural traits, but can be improved through practice.
